Ares Management announced that it has acquired Riverside Credit Solutions, an affiliated fund of the Riverside Company. Terms weren’t disclosed.
RCS, based out of Boston, makes cashflow-based loans to sponsored and non-sponsored lower mid-market companies. According to RCS, it has made $700 million of loans in more than 60 investments through leveraged buyouts, recapitalisations, refinancings, acquisitions and growth capital.
