Elm Park Capital raises $300m

The Texas-based private debt investment firm closes latest lower mid-market fund at hard-cap.

Elm Park Capital has closed Elm Park Credit Opportunities Fund III at its $300 million hard-cap. Through its latest fund, the firm will continue to invest $10 million to $50 million in companies operating in healthcare, software, technology-enabled business services, and financial services.

The fund received support from both new and existing investors.

Its predecessor, Elm Park Credit Opportunities Fund II, closed at $290 million in 2017.
