Generali and Partners Group launch credit secondaries fund

The joint venture is structured as a RAIF and will look to acquire mainly senior-secured direct lending stakes.

Generali Investments and Partners Group have joined forces to launch a private credit secondaries fund.

The firms did not disclose the fundraising target for the closed-ended vehicle, but stated it would be structured as a Luxembourg RAIF by Generali Investments Luxembourg, while Generali Asset Management will act as delegated portfolio manager and Partners Group will act as investment adviser and joint distributor.
