Lisanti to lead Ashurst’s Italy banking practice

Mario Lisanti has joined the law firm from Norton Rose Fulbright alongside two colleagues. He works with both asset managers and banking clients.

Law firm Ashurst has appointed Mario Lisanti to head its up its banking finance team in Italy.

Lisanti joins from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he served as a partner at the law firm since 2006. He was previously at Allen & Overy.

Joining him at Ashurst is Alberto Castelli and Domenico Petrone, previously senior associates at Norton Rose. All three will be based in the Ashurst’s Milan office.

Lisanti works with both banking clients and asset managers and has experience advising on acquisition and real estate financings, as well as corporate lending and debt restructurings.
