Real estate advisor hires from GE Capital

CR Investment Management has hired a real estate debt NPL specialist as part of its push into debt and equity capital markets.

European real estate advisor CR Investment Management (CR) has hired Sush Enoki as an associate director in its London office. 

Enoki joins as part of CR’s expansion into capital markets, including both debt and equity strategies. His new role in the financial solutions team will mainly focus on acquiring and managing non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios, as well as underwriting real estate portfolios and bilateral deals. It will also encompass investment management and principal investment of real estate assets, debt and portfolios in the UK, Netherlands and Germany. 

Enoki joins from GE Capital Real Estate where he was a vice-president working in debt origination. His previous roles include managing NPL and structured finance investments for Octave Japan. Enoki has also worked at Shinsei Bank, Morgan Stanley Japan Securities and Goldman Sachs Realty Japan. 

CR was founded in 2004 and has advised on more than €30 billion of asset and credit positions. The group is privately held and has offices in seven European countries. Clients include global and local banks, private equity, hedge funds and institutional investors.
