IFC and ADM Capital will support SME development in Asia through its new lending vehicle.
The alternative investment firm revealed mostly declining financials in its Q1 earnings report, though Apollo is raising several credit funds, where performance was about flat compared to declines in private equity.  
 The New York-based firm has raised an additional $1.6 billion for its fourth distressed fund.  
Marc Lasry and Sonia Gardner’s Avenue Capital Group has launched its fifth Asia special situations fund, a platform that hasn’t raised new capital since 2006.
The Oaktree spinout has gathered more money for its debut special situations fund. Eaton Partners is helping raise capital, according to an SEC filing.
Steven Purdy has joined the firm in Los Angeles as a managing director. He was previously with TPG Special Situations Partners in London.  
The firm closed its Atalaya Special Opportunities Fund VI on $800m, which includes commitments to the main fund and a parallel vehicle.  
Having closed its second special situations fund on $3.35bn, the firm now expects the global vehicle to invest more money in the US.
