Alantra has held a second close for Alantra Private Debt Fund II at €150 million, increasing its target size to €175 million and setting the hard-cap at €200 million. The fund reached a first close at €110 million in August 2018.
It follows the same strategy as its predecessor, providing long-term financing to export-oriented Spanish companies with revenues between $25 million and $200 million and EBITDA of more than €3 million.
