IFC proposes a $20m debt commitment

The member of the World Bank seeks credit opportunities in developing markets.

International Finance Corporation (IFC) proposes a $20 million equity commitment to Abraaj Global Credit Fund.

The fund is targeting $500 million to invest in mid-cap growth companies in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Turkey. IFC’s investment in the fund will not exceed 20 percent of committed capital.
