Medalist Partners held a final closing of Medalist Partners Opportunity Fund II at $308 million. Capital raised by the vehicle will be used to invest in commercial and residential real estate debt as well as specialty assets that include equipment, manufacturing, automobiles and aircraft.
Fund II will use capital commitments to make transactions between $3 million and $30 million in size.
