Sensu Serpen has been promoted to managing director at Bayside Capital, the distressed debt and special situations affiliate of HIG Capital.
As managing director, Serpen will continue with the responsibilities of identifying, sourcing and trading distressed and performing credits in primary and secondary markets the firm said in a statement confirming her promotion.
