Gregory Petrick, head of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft’s European and Asian restructuring practice, and Mark Ellenberg, a partner at the firm, have been named co-heads of the firm’s restructuring practice. Meanwhile, Ex-Latham & Watkins partner Holly Neavill and former Richards Kibbe & Orbe partner Louisa Watt have joined the restructuring division as partners.
