Brandon Bradkin has joined CVC Credit Partners as a partner. He will focus on sub-investment grade debt capital markets in the US and Europe.
Bradkin joins CVC with over 20 years of legal, restructuring, investor and fund management experience. He was previously partner at Park Square Capital and a member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Park Square, he worked as a managing director at Dresdner Anschutz Mezzanine Fund – where he managed and sold two distressed portfolio companies. Before that, he held the title vice president at Chase in London, where he specialized in leveraged telecom financing.
He will be based in New York and will report to chief executive Marc Boughton.
Boughton believes his contribution “will be invaluable” in developing the firms’ giant global franchise.
Currently, CVC Credit Partners has $8.5 billion of sub-investment grade credit under management.
