Dexion Capital expanding North American reach

The firm has hired ex-Indian Harbor partner, Trevor Barnett, to boost its capacity to distribute in the US and Canada.

London-headquartered Dexion Capital has hired Trevor Barnett to expand its distribution network in the US and Canada. Barnett left Indian Harbor LLC, where he was a partner, last year though his most recent role was as head of marketing and investor relations at Orchard Hill Capital Management.

Barnett grew assets under management of a global macro fund from $3.1 billion to $9.3 billion over his five years as partner at Indian Harbor, according to a statement. Barnett has also worked at Morgan Stanley and State Street Corporation, Dexion said in a statement.

Max Nardulli, also a recent hire at Dexion where he is head of international distribution, said: “I am delighted to welcome Trevor to Dexion Capital and I am confident that his local knowledge and understanding will help us advance our presence in the US and Canada.”

Dexion Capital raises funds for a broad range of alternative asset management strategies and has raised more than $16 billion via 100 fundraisings, according to the statement.
