HSBC Global Asset Management raises $800m

The London-headquartered bank closes for diversified loan fund.

HSBC Global Asset Management held a final close for its HSBC Diversified Loan Fund I at $800 million, having held first close on October last year and a second close on January.

The firm will use the capital to make investments that combines loan investing and direct lending. Investments will include floating rate, senior secured credit instruments, such as syndicated loans, senior secured loans and unitranche.
