Orix Leveraged Finance announced yesterday (12 April) that John Bozalis has rejoined the company as managing director at the Dallas office. In his new role, he will be responsible for originating and executing senior secured, unitranche and second lien / junior capital deals, primarily for private equity-sponsored buyouts.
Bozalis has 20 years of experience in both the buy-side and the sell-side of the mid-market finance industry, including stints with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (now Credit Suisse) and Dain Rauscher (now RBC Capital Markets).
