Livingstone has announced the opening of an office in Los Angeles. Staffed by long-time area residents, the new location will offer advisory services related to buy-side and sell-side M&A, debt, management and special situations.
Brennan Libbey, formerly head of business services at Houlihan Lokey, will lead the US business services team from the new Manhattan Beach location.
