Monroe Capital raises $455.7m

The Chicago-based private credit firm held a final close on its seventh CLO fund.

Monroe Capital has raised $455.75 million for its seventh CLO fund, Monroe Capital MML CLO VII, according to a press release from the firm’s website. The closing marks the third final close Monroe Capital has held on a CLO fund in the past 13 months.

The fund plans to invest in corporate mezzanine debt throughout North America, Asia and Europe. BNP Paribas was the placement agent for the fund.
