ND University and School Lands recommends a real estate debt fund

The US endowment has backed a North America-focused fund.

Between April and May 2018, the North Dakota Board of University and School Lands‘ Investments Division worked closely with its investment consultant, RVK, to add a new mandate for direct lending within its fixed income portfolio. Angelo Gordon, Ares and TCW were each invited for interviews on 12 June 2018.

At its 28 June meeting, a recommendation to approve a commitment to AG Direct Lending Fund III was made. The fund will target senior financing solutions in the US.
