Realty Mogul hires production chief

The US real estate crowdfunding firm Realty Mogul has hired Elizabeth Braman as chief production officer.

Realty Mogul, a real estate crowdfunding platform, has hired Elizabeth Braman as chief production officer to spearhead debt and equity investments, the firm said in a statement.

Braman has more than 15 years of real estate lending, buisness development, sales and technology experience.

In her previous role, Braman was head of production at non-bank lender ReadyCap Commercial, and grew loan origination by up to $30 million per month.

Prior to ReadyCap, Braman was senior vice president of Skyline Financial's Commercial Real Estate Lending Division, a mortgage bank which pioneered online mortgage origination. She began her career as an attorney in the technology sector.

Realty Mogul has funded 76 properties and has $24.5 million invested split between debt and equity investments, with debt representing 26 percent of allocation at present, according to its website.
