Rhode Island State Treasury has agreed to commit $30 million to Shamrock Capital Content Fund II, according to the pension’s December meeting minutes.

The $8.55 billion US public pension has a 2.0 percent allocation to private debt.

As illustrated below, the state treasury has made four commitments to private equity funds with a 2018 or 2019 vintage, which combined constitute $115 million.
