LSE-listed fund administrator Sanne has made a senior appointment to its private debt and capital markets team.

Sanne, the London Stock Exchange listed fund administrator, has appointed Conor Blake as director in its private debt and capital markets division.

Blake joins the firm’s Dublin office from Deutsche Bank where he held a number of roles over 14 years, including branch manager, chief executive officer and regional head of the corporate services business.

He has experience working in regulated entities as well as structured finance companies, with a focus on aviation leasing and securitisation vehicles.

Blake also spent a number of years with Morgan Stanley in London as a financial controller for the equity capital markets division.

Martin Schnaier, head of Sanne’s private debt & capital markets division globally, said in a statement: “We are commited to continue to grow our best-in class service capabilities across Europe and Asia and Conor’s appointment in our expanding Dublin team is testament to this. Conor is well regarded across the industry as a leading authority in capital market administration and he will add value to our existing clients both in Europe and Asia.”

Sanne specialises in providing outsourced corporate and fund administration, reporting and fiduciary services. The firm handles €100 million in assets under management, focused on private equity, debt, real estate, institutional and other private clients, with offices in Dubai, Dublin, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Jersey, London, Luxembourg, Shanghai and Singapore.

Blake added: “I am delighted to have joined Sanne as it moves into the next phase of its evolution. Sanne has a strong brand name in the private debt and capital market industry in both Europe and Asia. It’s therefore a fantastic opportunity for me to help drive the business forward and be part of the team that is responsible for growing the firm’s service capability and market share in our target areas.”
