Paris-based manager, Tikehau Capital has hired Ignazio Rocco di Torrepadula as a senior advisor for its Italian business. Di Torrepadula previously led the Central Europe financial institution practice at The Boston Consulting Group and is a senior advisor for the consultancy.
Tikehau has made a slew of hires in recent months including an expanded sales team in Paris and two new analysts based in London. The most recent and high profile appointment was former Société Générale and UniCredit executive committee-member, Jean Pierre Mustier, who joined as a partner last month.
The new hire is part of Tikehau’s expansion plans, specifically, building out its Italian business. Last year, the firm hired Luca Bucelli as part of the same push, and he will relocate to Milan when Tikehau’s new office there opens later this year, Mathieu Chabran, founder of Tikehau, told PDI.
Both di Torrepadula and Bucelli will work closely with new London-based partner, Mustier, the firm said in a statement.
Tikehau Capital Group manages €5 billion for institutional and private investors in alternative asset classes through its asset management subsidiary, Tikehau IM, its listed minority equity investment company, Salvepar, and its long term investment company, Tikehau Capital Partners.
