White Oak Global Advisors raises $2.1 bn

The San Francisco based firm continues its direct lending strategy with its oversubscribed vehicle.

White Oak Global Advisors, LLC (“White Oak”) has closed its fourth direct lending strategy – the White Oak Yield Spectrum Fund, along with other associated vehicles at $2.1 billion, topping 120 percent of its fundraising target of $1.75 billion.

Anchored by global institutional investors including public and private pension funds, insurance companies and family offices, the Fund looks to tap opportunities in first-lien, directly originated lending strategies, including term loans, asset-based loans, and equipment financing.

Private equity advisory firm Campbell Lutyens & Co. Ltd acted as White Oak’s placement agent.

White Oak’s previous Summit Fund snagged $1.3 billion in March 2016.
