Muzinich has appointed Jan Henrik Reichenbach to lead its operations in the DACH region.
Reichenbach joins from Ernst & Young, a firm he spent two years at following stints at Houlihan Lokey and HSBC. At Ernst & Young, he served as a partner in the capital and debt advisory team focusing on investments across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Reichenbach will work in the firm’s Frankfurt office.

“Reichenbach has a successful track record over many years in executing loan deals, managing mandates and advising clients on their financing needs. He has built a superb network throughout this market, making him an ideal addition to our steadily growing private debt team,” she added.
Reichenbach said: “I am very excited to be a joining a firm with such a strong commitment to the direct lending space.”
